A Badge is a digital micro-credential that represents learning, skill or achievement.
Every published Activity has an automatically created Badge. By default, automatically created badges do not require evidence and can be issued to emails or by giving a QR code/URL link.
Evidence is a text or any type of file(s) that an Earner submits to get a certain Badge. When creating and editing a badge, Organisers can choose to require Evidence submission. Organisers can also decide to allow earners to add evidence after the badge is issued.Earned badges can be exported to the Open Badge standard with hardcoded evidence in the metadata. Organisers can also choose to enable earners to generate and download a badge to a digital PDF certificate. View the help article on how to allow the Badge certificate option.
